1. Jaipur to Ranthambore

Ranthambore, the paradise of tigers is one such ideal destination for a road trip. It is 162km away from the city and will take approximately four hours to reach there. The best route to travel from Jaipur to Ranthambore is via Rajasthan State Highway 24. You can also take a break from the journey and sit at the dhabas along the way, the food they serve will surely make you lick your fingers.

2. Jaipur to Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer, the Golden City is yet another option for a road trip. Walking down to Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haveli, Jaisal Art Gallery would count as a phenomenal experience.
Jaisalmer is 500-600 km away from Jaipur city and takes approximately 10 hours to reach there. While travelling, you will also encounter some dhabas that offer authentic Rajasthani food.

3. Jaipur to Mount Abu

Mount Abu is a famous hill station in Rajasthan. It is about 500 km away from Jaipur and takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach there. Some popular spots to visit in Mount Abu are Dilwara Temples, Achalgarh, Guru Shikhar, Nakki Lake and many more.
Mount Abu is a prominent trekking spot also. You will come across beautiful natural scenery as you proceed your journey.

4. Jaipur to Udaipur

It is 400 km away from Jaipur city and takes 7 hours to reach there.

5. Jaipur to Bundi

6. Jaipur to Sambhar Lake

Sambhar Lake is India’s largest salt lake. This lake has mythological reference also, it is said that the lake was a silver plain earlier and it was converted to a lake by Shakambhari Devi. There is a temple near the lake which is dedicated to this goddess.
While travelling stick to NH8 and Rajasthan State Highway 5, it is 81km away from Jaipur city and takes about 2 hours to reach there.

7. Jaipur to Abhaneri

Known for its Chand Baori stepwell and Harshat Mata Temple, Abhaneri has to be the idea of a road trip. It is 96km away from the city and takes 2 hours to reach there.
Chand Baori stepwell is a famous photography spot too, so forget your camera.

8. Jaipur to Pushkar

Can you miss Pushkar? No! Nobody can miss a road trip to Pushkar. This town is famous for its temples, ghats and of course the Pushkar Mela. All the temples built in Pushkar are very old and the most popular is the Brahma Temple. It is a 3 hour road journey to Pushkar from Jaipur city.
